• The International Youth Exchange Program (IYE) is a two-week exchange program for youth ages 14-18.

The program has been in existence since 1994. Since that time, over 800 youth have participated in the program.

How It Works:

• Youth are matched with a family that has a youth approximately the same age. Participants’ communicate by letter, email or fax to become acquainted with each other before the exchanges take place.

• The youth visits their exchange family and the two youth are together at each home for a period of two weeks.

• In the past, youth have been matched with families from the following list of countries: Germany, Switzerland,
Sweden, Spain, France, Italy, England, The Netherlands, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, The USA.
