meet camille

IYE began matching youth in 1994. Camille Wheeler, Camille IYE Founder and Program Director, is a retired airline employee. Camille is a mother of four, and loves to travel. As her kids were growing up she wanted them to be able to travel and see other countries, but the cost of traveling with a family of six was discouraging. Seeking a way for her kids to be able to travel abroad, learn different languages, and experience new cultures, she developed the International Youth Exchange, LLC.

With both their summers off and great travel benefits, all four of her kids participated in exchanges for many years. Now her kids are grown, but knowing what great experiences they all had, she continues to find exchanges for the youth of airline employees.
