A two-week exchange to another country is a wonderful way for a youth to experience a different culture. The young adults who participate in IYE are able to see another country and improve foreign language skills with a person of similar age. 

By staying abroad with an airline family that has a youth the same age, participants not only visit another country, but also experience what it is like to live in another culture.
